What is GovCMS?
GovCMS is a Content Management System (CMS) that is coupled with hosting services, designed with government agencies in mind. It helps bridge the gap between government agencies and it’s online experience with a modern, customer focused, easy to use CMS to deliver remarkable online services for your customers.
How does it work?
GovCMS uses of Drupal, an open source technology which allows for the reusability and adaptability of solutions from various technology agencies from around the world. It does not incorporate the use proprietary systems and ensures that information is secure, compliant to web accessibility, and responsive for the perfect online experience.
Templates are provided to help piece together and visualise the initial online experience to get the project on it’s feet faster. The CMS being set up in the cloud allows for expandable storage and processing needs that can cater to volatile requirements.

Systematic backups of the website database and files are undertaken along with audit logs that are held for 7 years.

A ‘What You See Is What You Get’ (WYSIWYG) content editor is provided allowing for easy content management or managing minor page elements if required.
