Technocrat changes the future of web based transactional processing
Australian web development company Technocrat Pty Limited today announced development of a revolutionary technology that is set to radically alter the future of web based transactional processing.
"Traditional models for high volume transactional processing are based on a data-to-hardware expectation that is several years out of date" said company director Anand Vasan.
John Craddock PhD, a senior developer at Technocrat, said that we must envision new models for transactional processing and embrace the reality that the web is not a serial flow of data. "Graph theory and metadata management will change the way that data happens on the internet" he said.
The technology has already been implemented in secret test-beds and initial results have far exceeded expectations.
Mr Vasan says "The exponential growth in data has outstripped the growth in processing power. More significantly, the growth in data volumes has oustripped companies' willingness to replace their infrastructure."
